On Saturday, Class 2 went for a picnic to the lake.
The children sat under a big banyan tree and ate sandwiches and oranges.
Some children played ball. Some fed bread to the ducks.
Tara found a shiny blue feather and kept it in her book.
Suddenly it began to rain, and everyone ran to the bus, laughing.
They were wet, but it was the best picnic ever.
